Part I

Who Ryan Is

Ryan is a serial founder and enterprise technology executive. He has shipped production systems at marquee enterprises such as Capital One, Rolls-Royce, United Airlines, and First American Financial, among others, across regulated industries: healthcare, FinTech, aerospace, and energy. He has built and exited two companies.

He is currently Co-Founder and CTO of an AI-native screening platform he built from zero to live customers in under three months. He holds the CTO seat deliberately. He is an operator and builder, not a figurehead.

He thinks in systems and sees architecture in everything. He leads from inside the work, not from above it.

Part II

How He Thinks About AI

Ryan is an AI practitioner, not an AI enthusiast. He has strong opinions about where the line between human and machine judgment belongs, and he builds systems that respect it. The full engineering doctrine is on the manifesto. The short version is below.

01

Zero black boxes.

If a system can't explain its reasoning in plain language, it shouldn't be touching a human decision.

02

Zero automated decisions.

AI structures and surfaces signal. Humans decide.

03

Separation of concerns as a safety mechanism.

The system that gathers information is architecturally isolated from the system that evaluates it. Momentum must not become mandate.

04

Transparency is a constraint, not a claim.

Every decision trail is logged, auditable, and explainable to any human sitting across the table.

Part III

Part IV

How He Builds

An executive who still codes. Not a hands-off strategist. Built the multi-agent architecture of his current platform hands-on.

A living resume. Built for recruiters and hiring managers. Copy the text at the top, paste it into any AI, and have a real conversation about Ryan's background, philosophy, and fit for a role.

How is this different from a traditional resume?

A traditional resume is a static document. This one is queryable. Ask an AI specific questions about how Ryan would handle a particular situation, what his stance is on a topic, or how his background applies to your team.

Where can I download the raw file?

Visit /context on this domain to grab the markdown directly.

Is Ryan open to new roles?

Selectively. He's currently Co-Founder and CTO at SageScreen and is open to conversations with companies where the work is substantive and the values are aligned. The fastest path is email or LinkedIn.

What kind of company is the best fit?

One that is serious about responsible AI in regulated or high-stakes domains, has real technical complexity, and wants an operator at the table, not a figurehead.
